How we use your details

The Bakery Desk is run by P2UN LTD. This notice covers this website and the enquiry form on it. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we receive your name, your bakery's name, your email address and, if you give them, your phone number, location, how many stores you run, where your orders come from and your message.

Why, and on what basis

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept and for how long

Enquiries are stored in our Google Workspace account and kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer agreement applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@thebakerydesk.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our customer login area uses a sign-in cookie that is needed for it to work.
